• Bruce Trail to Jackson's Cove to Cape Dundas to Rush Cove and return via
• Pease Side Trail and Jackson's Cove Side Trail to Jackson's Cove Road. Visit to Sauble Falls.
  

May 18, 2008  (Sun.)

• Jone's Bluff loop using main trail and Jones Bluff Side Trail.
• Visit Cape Croker first nations land and Cape Croker lighthouse.
• Evening visit to Federation of Ontario Naturalist's property at Petrel Point. This property is a fen with insectivorous plants.
• Visit to the Lake Huron Shore.

• Hiked with Ron Gatis, a founder of the Bruce Trail in the Peninsula section, on the Bruce Trail on his property overlooking Colpoy's Bay.
• returning to his home at Colpoy's Bay via the Colpoy's Bay side trail.
• Visit the Spirit Rock Conservation Area and the ruins of "The Corran" a large estate house.
